Job Description

Service Operations Tech 2 position supporting robotic systems repair and maintenance on a graveyard shift. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, conducting functional testing, documenting findings, and communicating with supervisors and departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical drawings to repair and test field replaceable units and assemblies
• Perform repair and functional testing of complex electro-mechanical components per work instructions
• Conduct failure analysis and final testing while documenting findings thoroughly
• Communicate repair status and quality issues to leads, supervisors, and other departments
• Maintain clean workstation and ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma minimum; associate degree or equivalent preferred
• One year related technical experience or equivalent education and training combination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and quality management systems
• Strong English communication skills for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Acute attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours as needed
