Patient Services Coordinator
Job Description Position: Patient Services Coordinator
Role: Serves as the primary point of contact for patients, managing daily office operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing appointment scheduling, cancellations, and office calendars.
- Greeting patients, handling check-in, and managing records and forms.
- Answering phone calls, processing emails, and conducting patient follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Verifying insurance coverage and handling payment and billing processing.
- Assisting with specialist referrals and coordinating patient care.
full-time $23 - $23 per hour
