Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and organized individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters. You’ll help connect customers and prospective clients with the appropriate team members by responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and working independently. Paid training is provided , so previous appointment-setting experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming customer and prospect inquiries through phone, email, or online chat.
• Contact qualified leads and determine their scheduling needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate appointment and customer records.
• Follow up with prospects who have requested additional information.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Use company systems to document conversations, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appointments are properly scheduled.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous sales, customer service, call-center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus—but not required .
