DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Oracle DBA in Jacksonville, FL.Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration project. This resource will play a critical role in completing the migration of enterprise Oracle databases from on-premises platforms to OCI Exadata with Oracle RAC, while ensuring system stability, performance optimization, security compliance, and operational readiness.The project includes the migration of multiple business-critical Oracle environments supporting financial, operational, and transportation systems. As migration activities accelerate, additional DBA capacity is required to execute database migrations, perform performance tuning, validate high availability configurations, support testing cycles, and provide post-migration stabilization.
