Email Marketing Specialist – eCommerce Campaigns
Tonawanda, New York | $25–$27/hour | 100% Onsite
Turn customer insights into email campaigns that drive repeat purchases, strengthen customer retention, and grow eCommerce revenue. Own campaigns from copy and creative development through testing and performance analysis.

Direct involvement in campaigns that influence customer engagement and sales
Develop, write, design, and launch email campaigns, including automated flows.
Manage audience segmentation, customer targeting, and email templates.
Analyze campaign metrics and test copy, creative, and offers to improve results.
Create and optimize marketing graphics using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
Manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and quality checks.
2+ years of experience in email marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a related field.
Hands-on experience developing and managing email campaigns.
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms, automation, and campaign analytics.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Tonawanda, New York.
